“The diversity of printmaking has intrigued me for many years and never ceases to give me great satisfaction. It provides me with the possibility to experiment, to combine techniques, the use of colour and a challenge to break the conventional barriers that are associated with printmaking. My monotypes and gicleé prints reflect this. These genres of printmaking have captured my heart and the prints shown here is a culmination of many years experimentation.
Trees, flowers, light and landscape portrayed as elements or simple forms, printed on various backgrounds, and bordering on the painterly. Spontaneity being the essence.”
